* Members of smOdyssey and reciprocal organizations (Society of Janus, Club X, Portland Leather Alliance, Riverbound, Threshold) eligible for member rates.

** We regret that we were not able to secure a suitable venue for the planned Saturday Night Dungeon Party. We have expanded the hours for our planned Saturday Night Dance Social and adjusted our Package registration rates due to this cancellation. Those who already purchased a Package registation at the earlier prices above may request a $20 refund. Simply send mail to registration@folsomfringe.com. Please include your registration number(s) with your request.

• If paying by credit/debit card the full balance will be charged to your card when you click on "Finish My Registration".

  • You will receive the registration price in effect when we receive your payment in full. You will be notified of any additional late registration fees due as a result of late arrival of your payment.
  
  
  • Prices go up 7/22/2010, 8/19/2010 and 9/16/2010.
  
  
  • The balance must be paid before you arrive at the event hotel.
  
  
  • We cannot accept payment at the event!
  
  

Other terms and conditions for all attendees

By registering for this event, you are accepting the following terms and conditions:

• Registrations (including everything you order through this site) are non-transferrable.


• You will be attending an adult-oriented event which could include nudity.


• You will bring legal ID (driver's license, state identification card, passport or military identification only) proving that you are 19 years of age or older.
  
• You will be refused admission unless name on your legal ID matches that which you entered on the Personal Information tab and/or send to us with your payment.


• You will sign a waiver with your real name and agree to the rules for the FolsomFringe'10 event.
  
• If you received a member discount, you will present your current membership card when you arrive to check in to the event.
  
  (Membership must be current at the time of the event.)


• You will pay an additional $15 fee for all bad checks.


• You agree to the refund policy (below).
  
• You agree to have a good time!

Refund Policy

If you are not able to attend the event please write to registration@folsomfringe.com to request a balance transfer or partial refund:

Balance Transfer

Any balance paid (the money you paid, not your event registration) may be transferred to another attendee's outstanding balance (less a $20 transfer fee). Please include the Scene Name and RegOnline registration number of the attendee you wish to transfer your paid balance to. (If they have not yet registered, ask them to register and list payment by check before you write to us. We can only transfer a balance to someone who has already registered.)

Partial Refund

The following portion of any funds paid is non-refundable:

All refunds will be issued by check, regardless of the original method of payment. Refund checks will be sent to the address listed in the registration unless otherwise requested. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your check to arrive via USPS.
